Navilas® offers the essential imaging modes for successful photocoagulation treatments. Its digital screen displays true color fundus imaging, both mydratic and non-mydratic, as well as monochrome red-free, infrared imaging, and fluorescein angiography.
Plan
Layout your treatment strategy utilizing integrated planning tools. Navilas® places the physician in ultimate control to graphically define and mark areas to be treated or not to be treated on the acquired retinal images for reference in future treatment.
These yellow planning elements are created and manipulated using the touch-sensitive digital screen and can later be displayed and overlaid on the live fundus image during the actual treatment.
Treat
During treatment, the physician can continuously view defined treatment locations, overlaid onto the real-time color or infrared image of the retina. This provides fast treatment using adjustable laser patterns and selectable single spot focal treatment. In addition, Navilas® allows digital documentation of all the laser spots applied.
The Navilas® Laser System thus overcomes the limitation of the physician having to alternate between images produced and displayed on different devices during photocoagulation. All imaging is presented comfortably in real time on the digital display, and not through a microscope eyepiece or binoculars.
